COMING FROM A FAMILY OF CREATORS, I GREW UP IN A VERY ART FORWARD ENVIRONMENT SO IT FELT VERY NATURAL LEAVING THE NEST TO PURSUE ANIMATION AT THE SCHOOL OF VISUAL ARTS IN NEW YORK CITY.
UPON GRADUATING, CONTINUING THE PATH OF AN ANIMATOR WASN'T AS SOLID AS I HAD HOPED SO IT WASN'T LONG BEFORE I FLEW INTO THE WORLD OF Video EditING at a TV/Advertising company. One day THERE WAS An abrupt DOWNSIZING due to a COMPANY merger BUT THANKFULLY I WAS INTRODUCED TO A TEMPORARY NEST VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE DIGITAL ART WORLD.
I have since then been a Brand AmbassadoR PROMOTING, MARKETING AND DISCOVERING CLIENT NEEDS for various CONSUMER DRIVEN businesses SUCH AS A LUXURY FRENCH MUSTARD BRAND THAT SPECIALIZED IN MUSTARD ON TAP!
As my confidence grew, so did my UNEXPECTED INTEREST IN PEOPLE and I sought to do more involving MEANINGFUL HUMAN INTERACTIONS. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND found out A WAY TO INCORPORATE MY DIGITAL ART BACKGROUND THROUGH HUMAN CENTERED DESIGN VIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
aFTER TAKING GA's 10 week UsER EXPERIENCE Design Immersive course, I realized that rather than SELLING EXPERIENCES VIA CONSUMER PRODUCTS/BUSINESSES, I was more passionate about customizing MEANINGFUL PRODUCTS FOR AN INTUITIVE USER EXPERIENCE.
